On the assumption that you were referring to the Tsunami victims in Asia, and not the similar number of civilian deaths in Iraq, or the similar number of deaths on US highways over the last three years, we find it astounding that two US Senators would devote a year of effort to this, and that the entire Congress could think it was important enough to include it in the IRTPA. But matches are ok.</description>
