In several states you can purchase any type of wine,liquor or beer(full alcohol content) at grocery stores and gas stations and will almost never see a liquor store. In others there's three liquor stores on every block.Grocery stores and gas stations sell low content seven days a week but may not sell after midnight. It makes no sense.
