					<description>You guys are right as usual and you make a whole lot more sense than the state government. My wife and I raised three kids who survived being teenagers and its not easy. I taught them all to drive and did a good job I think. But my wife and I would have been happy to drive them around for a couple more years. Most of their friends had their own cars as soon as they got their licenses and they are just spoiled rotten. The real problm is not teen drivers, it is lazy parents.</description>
