Welcome to the New Sten Gazette
If you are reading this, you’ve found your way to the new version of Sten Gazette, running on the WordPress “semantic publishing platform,” which will give us a lot more control over the way articles are presented and organized while preserving a high level of security and privacy for readers and contributors alike.
One of the benefits of the WordPress package is that we will be able to run both versions of Sten Gazette in parallel for the time being. Eventually we will get most of the older articles moved over to the new version, but in the mean time you should see a link to the “other version” on each page. For example, you are reading this on the new version and a link to Sten Gazette v1.0 should appear in the right hand column.
An important reason for the move is the ability to file articles under “categories;” we’re not longer locked into a strictly chronological format. Links between related articles will be much easier, too.
If you get lost, just click on the “Sten Gazette” heading at the top of the page to go back to the index.
